The University of Illinois College of Medicine (UI COM) offers many excellent resources to support faculty in their clinical, research, education, and service endeavors. As part of the UI COM Strategic Plan, the Faculty Development Strategy Committee is bringing impactful new programming to the College including the annual two-part New Faculty Orientation program.

The next New Faculty Orientation event will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. The program will provide:
- an introduction to the many excellent, decentralized COM resources for DEI, Clinical Affairs, Research, Teaching, and Faculty Development
- specific ways to use these resources to advance your P&T goals
- updates on ongoing efforts to promote the success, retention, and wellness of the College’s Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive faculty
