Criteria for Graduation with Honors

For the graduating class of 2020: All students passing all M1/M2 required courses (with or without initial examination failure) will be eligible for baseline consideration for graduation honors. Once baseline eligibility has been established, the College will apply the same criteria regarding clerkship grades and USMLE Step1 and Step 2 CK scores as detailed above for prior graduating classes.

For the graduating classes of 2021 (fall 2017 matriculating students) and beyond: The criteria for graduation with honors will be changing for students matriculating in 2017 and thereafter. The new criteria will be available before the students to be affected by the change will begin their Phase 2 clerkships.
