This retreat represents a key step in strengthening shared understanding, alignment, and accountability around data at UI COM. Through a mix of plenary sessions and facilitated breakout discussions, participants will explore how data can more effectively support decision‑making, transparency, and institutional priorities.

College leadership will set the tone for the day by reaffirming executive sponsorship, outlining expectations, and defining desired outcomes and accountability for data governance at UI COM. - Keynote: Advancing Data Governance
Dr. Park will present the vision for data governance, introduce the Data Governance Charter and Data Stewards Council, and emphasize shared stewardship across domains. - Enterprise Dashboards: Demonstration & Use Cases
A series of demonstrations highlighting enterprise dashboards across key domains, showcasing current decision‑support capabilities, alignment opportunities, and areas for future enhancement. - Data Dictionary in Practice: Driving Alignment and Trust
A moderated panel discussion exploring how shared definitions and standardized metrics reduce reporting friction, improve trust, and enable consistent, reliable decision‑making. - Breakout Sessions (by Interest Area)
