The University of Illinois College of Medicine promotes a healthy and enriching life on campus.

While the curriculum is the same across the three campuses, the student experience varies greatly by location. Local culture and student dynamic plays a part in the development of student activities and organizations.

It is an inherent belief in our College that a quality student experience will lead to student success. The College Committee on Student Experience evaluates the effectiveness of student support services and oversees the assessment of the student experience for medical and graduate students. Areas the committee focuses on include:

  • Sufficiency of administrative staff
  • Academic support awareness
  • Career advising and support
  • Financial well-being
