October Update: TOP-ED Technology Selection & Evaluation
Introduction
Progress has been achieved on the TOP-ED project. The UI COM team is presently engaged in the contracting phase with Acuity Insights, having submitted a preliminary contract to the vendor. We anticipate concluding this process in the near future. Meetings among designated Acuity Super Users have commenced to initiate the development of pre-implementation strategies.
At this stage, we are finalizing the workspace and plan this to be our first project on Asana. platform. Super Users are actively collaborating to establish key milestones and deadlines for the Acuity implementation within Asana.
Furthermore, UI COM recently convened with ESCG to discuss integration plans for Acuity Insights. AITS will conduct a review of the materials we have provided and is expected to follow up in mid-November with additional options.
