September Update: TOP-ED Technology Selection & Evaluation
Introduction
The TOP-ED project continues to advance with Acuity Insights. On September 10, we hosted an on-site visit with three Acuity team members that included a leadership, technical, and Super User session—covering program strategy, integration planning, and student-facing features.
This month also included internal and Acuity joint meetings focused on integration and elective course numbering. We confirmed Box, Asana, and Zoom as our primary collaboration tools, and Acuity introduced LetterAI Room, a home base for training, task tracking, and support.
Additionally, the steering committee finalized the project’s decision-making process, along with confirming our list of Super Admins and Technical Leads for the project with Acuity.
