College Executive Committee Election – Chicago campus
The process for electing Chicago representatives to the College Executive Committee includes soliciting nominations from voting faculty. Faculty eligible to serve on the College Executive Committee are those holding the ranks of assistant professor, associate professor, or professor in the RT, CT, Clinical Discipline, Clinical and Research Tracks.

The deadline for submission of nomination ballots is Monday, July 15, 2019.
Forms may be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or through campus mail to Faculty Affairs/Dean’s Office, 131 CMW, MC 784.
The Committee on Committees is also seeking input from faculty regarding their own interest in committee service. If you wish to be considered for membership on the Chicago or Collegewide standing committees, please complete the form below and email to email@example.com or send through campus mail to Faculty Affairs/Dean’s Office, 131 CMW, MC 784. Standing Committee Interest Forms must be submitted by no later than Monday, July 15, 2019.
