Over the past several years, the leadership and staff of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, along with members of the UI COM College-Wide Committee on DEI and the Strategic Planning Committee, have organized and executed numerous activities and events, outlined in the timeline below. These initiatives aimed to enhance the UI-COMmunity, fostering a more inclusive and supportive learning and working environment. Additionally, they supported faculty and staff career development, as well as provided networking and mentorship opportunities for students and trainees.
