The Technology Optimization Project for Educational Data (TOP-ED) is an initiative that seeks to modernize, optimize, and coordinate technology solutions for managing curriculum, student assessments, and faculty evaluations at UICOM. It includes the domains of technology and business process as well as the supporting organizational structure and skills development to help the campuses better align with one another and with the University and UI system.
