  • Develop a continuous quality improvement method to evaluate and optimize recommended mentoring practices

  • Create and disseminate to departments a checklist for minimum recommended orientation components and practices for new staff to be used at the unit level.

  • Share key Professional Development materials on the staff website, quarterly newsletter, and disseminate to units (ongoing).

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of new resources/initiatives to support staff wellbeing using continuous quality improvement framework (ongoing).
  • Identify opportunities to celebrate, recognize and engage COM staff (ongoing).
  • Share key Mental Health and Wellness materials on the staff website, quarterly newsletter, and disseminate to units (ongoing).
