- Develop a continuous quality improvement method to evaluate and optimize recommended practices

- Develop a continuous quality improvement method to evaluate and optimize recommended mentoring practices

- Evaluate the effectiveness of new resources/initiatives to support staff wellbeing using continuous quality improvement framework (ongoing).
- Identify opportunities to celebrate, recognize and engage COM staff (ongoing).
- Share key Mental Health and Wellness materials on the staff website, quarterly newsletter, and disseminate to units (ongoing).
